THIRTEEN DELTA BOUTIQUE CYBERSECURITY START THE CONVERSATION
SERVICES

Cybersecurity advisory and workshops for boards, executives and security teams.

Most security failures happen in the gap between what the plan says and what people actually do under pressure. That gap is where we work.

START THE CONVERSATION

Keynotes & Awareness Presentations

For board days, leadership offsites, partner events, and all-staff sessions.

Keynotes and awareness presentations on emerging cyber threats, from a speaker with two decades of real incidents behind every talk. Built on cases we've worked, and pitched at the people in the room. In English or Dutch.

First Responder Workshop

One full day for executives, managers, and IT or security staff together.

Rehearses the first hours of a serious incident with your team. We walk through real cases from the field, then run a live four-round tabletop exercise on your own incident response and crisis plans. Every participant receives a digital certificate of attendance.

ABOUT THE FIRST RESPONDER WORKSHOP

Board & Executive Workshop

The First Responder Workshop, condensed to two hours for your board or leadership team.

Gives leaders the language and judgement to weigh cyber risk and approve the right measures, and explains what the Cyberbeveiligingswet (NIS2) asks of executive board members. Every participant receives a digital certificate of attendance.

ABOUT THE BOARD WORKSHOP

Executive & CISO Support

For your CISO, security leaders, and executives.

Objective CISO advisory: a vendor-agnostic sounding board and sparring partner for your CISO and security leadership, from tooling and architecture to strategy and board reporting.

Capability Building

For security teams and the people who run them.

Hands-on support to validate, structure or scale your incident response, threat intelligence or SOC/MDR capability, whether you run it in-house, outsource it to an MDR provider or work hybrid. We've built and run MDR and IR services ourselves.

Private Client Advisory

For high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and prominent principals.

Discreet cybersecurity advice from someone who knows first-hand how adversaries operate, state actors included. We identify your digital risks and help you and your household take the right precautions. Where round-the-clock protection is needed, we introduce you to vetted private security contractors and close-protection teams.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three models. Combine them as you like.

Everything starts with an intake call. That's where we agree the content and the outcome you're after.

Fixed-scope engagements

Keynotes, presentations and workshops are booked per session and confirmed in writing before we begin.

INCLUDED IN EVERY SESSION
  • Content adapted to your organisation
  • All materials
  • Travel within the Netherlands

Advisory retainers

Ongoing advice, CISO support, capability building and private client advisory run on a retainer. At the start of each month we agree what to work on first, and you get a short monthly overview of hours and deliverables.

  • Ad hoc, on demand · no minimum
  • Advisor · from 4 hours a week
  • Builder · from 8 hours a week
  • Strategic partner · from 16 hours a week

Incident support

If a serious incident hits, we can, at our discretion, bring in a vetted IR or MDR specialist, who contracts with you directly, or step in hands-on ourselves where we've agreed that in writing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can you help during an active cyber incident?

Yes, up to a point; see Incident support above. Worth knowing before you need us: we're a strategic advisory and capability-building firm, not a 24/7 incident response agency.

Do you carry out NIS2 audits or certifications?

We help boards and teams prepare for NIS2 through our workshops and advice. Audits and compliance statements stay with an auditor.

Will our engagement stay confidential?

Yes. Whatever we learn about your organisation, from vulnerabilities to incident details, stays confidential during and after the engagement. We don't name you as a client, or use your name or logo, without your prior written consent.

Is Executive & CISO Support a virtual CISO or CISO-as-a-service?

It sits next to your CISO or security lead as a second opinion, ad hoc or on a retainer. A virtual or fractional CISO takes the seat and owns the security programme; if that's what you really need, we'll say so.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

We're based in the Netherlands, in the Randstad area, and operate worldwide, in English or Dutch. Advisory work is remote by default, with on-site time as agreed. Keynotes and workshops happen on-site; outside the Netherlands we agree travel with you. The First Responder Workshop can also run remotely by arrangement.

Do you advise private individuals and family offices?

Yes, through Private Client Advisory. The contract runs through a legal entity, such as your family office or holding company, rather than with you as a private person.
